• What are SUPERcredits and how do they work? +
  SUPERcredits are our unified credit system that powers the core AI agents (Inbound/Outbound, Training, Live Call). Each interaction consumes SUPERcredits based on minutes used. This gives you flexibility to use the agents that provide the most value for your specific needs. Note: Premium agents (Retention AI and Quoting AI) are included with Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans, with separate minute allocations.
• Which plans include Retention AI and Quoting AI Agents? +
  The Pro (999/mo), and Custom Enterprise plans include full access to both the Retention AI Agent and Quoting AI Agent (now LIVE!). Pro includes 1,050 quotes/month, Scale includes 2,350 quotes/month, and Enterprise gets custom quote volumes. These premium agents are not available on the Starter plan. Additional quotes beyond your plan's included amount are $2.50 per quote.
• How does Quoting AI Agent pricing work? +
  The Quoting AI Agent is included with Pro and Scale plans. Pro includes 1,050 quotes per month and Scale includes 2,350 quotes per month. Each quote includes autonomous data collection and multi-carrier form submission in ~30 seconds. If you need additional quotes beyond your plan's allocation, they're available by getting more SUPERcredits. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom quote volumes and pricing.
• What's the difference between Live Call and Inbound/Outbound AI Agents? +
  The Live Call AI Agent works after the call: it records, transcribes, and scores every conversation from 0 to 100 so you can coach your team on real calls. The Inbound/Outbound AI Agents handle complete calls autonomously, answering incoming calls 24/7 and making outbound calls without human involvement.
• What does the Retention AI Agent do? +
  The Retention AI Agent (included with Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans) handles client relationship management autonomously, including automated thank you calls, proactive coverage reviews, intelligent upsell discovery, and client retention strategies. It delivers 35% higher retention rates, 22% upsell discovery, and 2–3x revenue per customer.
• What's the difference between integration tiers? +
  Basic Integrations (Starter): Core apps like Google Sheets, email, and messaging like Slack. Standard Integrations (Pro): Includes basic plus phone systems (RingCentral, Twilio), additional CRM and AMS connections like HubSpot and AgencyZoom type platforms. Standard+ Integrations (Scale): All standard plus custom integrations, webhooks, and priority integration support. Custom Integrations Available (Enterprise): Fully custom integrations built to your specifications, including legacy systems, custom APIs, and dedicated integration engineering (available at additional cost).
• When should I choose the Custom Enterprise plan? +
  The Custom Enterprise plan is ideal for organizations with more than 15 insurance agents. At that scale, custom volume pricing becomes significantly more cost-effective than multiple Scale subscriptions. You also get enterprise-grade features like SSO, custom SLAs, dedicated success teams, custom AI model training on your data, multi-location support, and enterprise BI analytics. • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime? +
  Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to higher-tier features, more minutes, and premium agents. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Unused SUPERcredits roll over for up to 3 months.
• What happens if I run out of minutes? +
  You can purchase additional minute packs for $59 at any time. Each pack includes: 142 Inbound/Outbound minutes, 142 Training minutes, 2,133 Live Call minutes, and 142 Retention minutes (Pro/Scale only). Enterprise customers have custom overage rates.
• Is there a setup fee or contract requirement? +
  No setup fees for Starter, Pro, or Scale plans. Monthly billing with no long-term contracts required. Enterprise plans may include custom onboarding packages based on complexity. All plans can be cancelled at any time.
